SHIPPING

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• SWEATERS & TSHIRTS are final sales with no return policy due to the fact they are made wen ordered.
• Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. 

• For Domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification  

• To protect our customers, Dipset Couture is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. However, you do have the option to alter your own delivery address by login to your  Account.

• Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical Billing and Shipping Addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed.

• We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders

INTERNATIONAL

• Dipset Couture offers DHL Express. Please note, you will be paying for shipping only at checkout. Taxes and Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer are responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties at the time of delivery. These are not calculated by 

• Dipset Couture and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen shipments. However if your package does not arrive please contact Dipsetcouture@gmail.com to initiate a USPS Claim.
